工業自動焊機

設備概述：
先將焊接好的網罩主骨架放入夾具模具中，直接布好網線于夾具模中并收緊，然后放置上網罩平面圍邊排焊機指定位置并對準需要排焊的網罩主骨架上，開啟開關即可自動一次性排焊好單支網罩主骨架上的平面圍邊排焊，在選擇排焊順序時，請采用“十”字對角排焊的依次順序排焊，確保成品的圓弧度均勻。

多排可調焊極，多種排焊功能選擇，根據不同產品只需更換焊極、夾具模或者調整焊極位置，便能達到各種不同產品的焊接，選擇本機可以省去螺旋線的運線、平面排焊、圍邊排焊等繁多工序，從而節約人力物力，大大提高了生產效率，真可謂一機多用。

本機控制器系統采用日本三菱PLC，操作面板采用人機對話界面，界面為中英文（可選）顯示，采用單片機集成電路控制、高精密度拔碼式開關、焊接初級回路采用雙向水冷可控硅控制等先進技術，從而更能保證電流輸出平穩、可靠。并采用優化設計、高導電磁材料制作，致使設備在空載時損耗低、功率輸出更強勁、穩定、壽命更長。
